Hi......i took my Gre today....got 1510....710 verbal nd 800 quants..

started wid AWA section......it was easier than i thought....the key is to enjoy while writing, so that this section is used more as a tension reliever...

Had quants next.....i am pathetic at maths....i had prepared decently, but totally lacked confidence...

the questions were much tougher than i expected......and i had to guess my answer in many questions...
options, especially on data interpretation, were closer than i thought....
topics are mostly from barrons itself......questions on coordinate geometry were a lil cumbersome because they had a lotof calculations...
i was pretty sure that im going wrong in d quant section....but bcoz d questions kept getting tougher, i guess i must have been correct in my guesswork....

I am decent at verbal...often land up getting more on verbal than quants in prep tests.......d level was similar to powerprep......but i did have 3-4 words from outside barrons....that , with my shaken confidence aftr d quants section caused me to lose some points where i cud hav covered up......b thorough wid ur barrons lists....saves precious time to read RC's......i felt some of the verbal questions had been picked up frm bigbook....so go thru those as well......

no expi section, no new question types......only one optional research section which was on argument analysis....

On the whole, it was a good experience.....wud hav been even better if i would have been cooler....
