yes ,answer is d as tender as a verb means to seek or present formally for acceptance so as tender is for formal acceptance ,authorization is for formal approval

i think its B.
to tender is to present formally for acceptance.
to exhibit is to present formally for inspection.
authorize means to give approval or sanction. so it doesnt complete the parent analogy.

Answer B looks good, but if look at the relationship between the words, answer D has a stronger bridge.

Exhibit:to offer or expose to view; present for inspection: to exhibit the latest models of cars.

B, for sure. I rejected D because authorize is verb, whereas approval is noun. If it’s authorization, then it would a toss between B and D.

As you tender and it is accepted so something that is exhibited needs justification. All other choices can be eleminated
