theory is system osf accepted terms , so i dont think there is hatered paeople there.
while pratice is what to done for st to be succeful here diffrent people have diffrretn ideas and may be hatered also.

I too will go for E.
I think that the blank is oppsoite to “systematic organization of common hatreds”. Since there is no postive word which can negate “common hatred”
in the choises,only word opposite to that “systematic organization of common hatreds” should be enigma.
