    16 fluidonces= 128 fluidgrams
    1 fluidonces= 8 fluidgrams
    3 fluidonces= 24 fluidgrams
    COst = 9.6
    discount =15% since option B is closest to
    9.6 and 15% means a very small discount..
    B is the answer..
    we can also calculate
