Given that there are six teams in music Quiz and their respective scores are 31, 24, 14, 10, 43 & 47 and there are 5 judges for this quiz. What is the minimum number of teams which must get 7 or more than 7 score from any one of the judge?

the answer to the second question is # teams…with score 47 , 43 and 31
i dont understand why ppl consider question 1 to have an equation given. its been specified n.n+1 and n-1 are suffixes!!!
please explain question 1 , i just could not get it
0 for the first as explained above
the second is 3 teams. because the max score of 6 and below from 5 judges =30 and there are 3 teams that got more than 30.
ans : 1 for another question divide all score with 7.only 14 is multiple of 7 so only 1 team get 7 or more than 7 score from one judge..this is guess i am not sure..if any body solve this question then blog the post as soon as possible i have exam day after tomorrow…plz
gre team solve this question.
For the above a17 Question
calculated value of
a 1+1=(a1-1) whole power 2
already given a1=0
on substituting this value
we get a1+1as a2=1 on substituting this value in the given equation
a3=0
a4=1
a5=0
……………………….a16=1and finally a17 =0(number with even suffix gets value as 1 and the number with oddsuffix gets its value 0)
Option D
Just sub values the ans is 0
d)0
as a2=1,a3=0,a4=1,a5=0
second question ans 2 not sure
